loopingo ad policies

1. The incentive must provide added value

Every loopingo ad has to provide true added value for the customer. For instance this can be a discount (percent or fixed value) or a free gift. The offer must be communicated clearly in the ad text. All voucher limitations (e.g. only for new customers), have to be mentioned in the ad text as well.

2. Grammar, spelling, punctuation

Please use correct grammar, spelling and punctuation for your ads. Abbreviations are fine to use, as long as they are commonly used abbreviations. We only approve ads that are designed and worded clearly and professionally. We reserve the right to disapprove ads with excessive punctuation. All ad images have to be family safe.

3. Wrong incentives / wrong ad display

Ad texts that do not clearly communicate the incentive, will be disapproved. For us it is utterly important that customers have all necessary information and don't feel tricked by loopingo ads. For this reason we expect ads to be formulated clearly and honestly. Ads and incentives that mislead customers by excluding important information or by providing false information will be disapproved.

4. Inappropriate content

Ads with inadmissable content, that include hate, intolerance, discrimination or violence will be disapproved.

5. Illegal content

Ads with illegal content will be disapproved.

6. Fake products

Ads for fake products will be disapproved. This includes products with falsified brands and logos.

7. Dangerous products

Ads for dangerous products will be disapproved. This includes recreational drugs (chemical or herbal); psychoactive substances; equipment to facilitate drug use; weapons, ammunition, explosive materials and fireworks; instructions for making explosives or other harmful products; tobacco products.

8. Restricted content

Ads should respect user preferences and comply with legal regulations, so we don’t allow certain kinds of adult content in ads and destinations. Some kinds of adult-oriented ads and destinations are allowed if they comply with the policies below and don’t target minors, but they will only show in limited scenarios.

We abide by local alcohol laws and industry standards, so we don’t allow certain kinds of alcohol-related advertising, both for alcohol and drinks that resemble alcohol. Some types of alcohol-related ads are allowed if they don’t target minors, and target only countries that are explicitly allowed to show alcohol ads.

We support responsible gambling advertising and abide by local gambling laws and industry standards, so we don’t allow certain kinds of gambling-related advertising. Gambling ads must target approved countries, have a landing page that displays information about responsible gambling, and never target minors. Check local regulations for the areas you want to target.

Gambling and games

We restrict certain kinds of businesses from advertising with us to prevent users from being exploited, even if individual businesses appear to comply with our other policies. Based on our own continuous reviews, and feedback from users and consumer protection authorities, we occasionally identify products or services that are prone to abuse. If we feel that certain kinds of businesses pose an unreasonable risk to user safety or user experience, then we may take a conservative position and limit or stop related ads from running.

Other restricted businesses

We abide by local copyright laws and protect the rights of copyright holders, so we don’t allow ads that are unauthorised to use copyrighted content. If you are legally authorised to use copyrighted content, apply for certification to advertise. If you see unauthorised content, submit a copyright-related complaint.

9. Destination domain of the ad

The destination domain of the ad (e.g. the shop, where the incentive can be redeemed), has to correspond to the domain of the registered loopingo account. If your offer is for an offline shop, the registered company name in the loopingo account has to be identical with the company name at the address, where the incentive can be redeemed.

10. Our policies

With loopingo companies of any size can run incentive ads for online and / or offline shops, apps or services in our network. We strive to generate incremental revenue and customers for you. We have setup these policies in conjunction and in the interest of our partners and customers. We reserve the right to adapt these policies regularly. These policies encompass our entire network.

Obviously loopingo Advertisers also have to abide to the law of the respective target country. Ultimately the advertiser is responsible for the content of his adverts. Content that does not correspond with our policies will be disapproved. In case of repetitive disapprovals we reserve the right to suspend the loopingo account.

11. loopingo partners are allowed to blacklist

We reserve the right for all our partners to blacklist ads / domains. For this reason we cannot guarantee, that every ad will receive traffic, even if the ad is in line with all loopingo policies.
