3. our data protection officer

If you have a question about data protection or data security, you can reach our data protection officer by e-mail at datenschutz[at]loopingo.com or by post at loopingo GmbH, Nymphenburger Straße 12, 80335 Munich.

4. what are mandatory details or mandatory fields?

If certain data fields are designated or marked as mandatory data or mandatory fields during collection, the provision of this data is either required by law or contract, or we require this data for the conclusion of the contract, the desired service or the stated purpose. The provision of data is, of course, also at your discretion in the case of mandatory data. Failure to provide such data may result in the contract not being fulfilled by us or the desired service not being provided or the stated purpose not being achieved.

5 What is your data processed for?

We process your data in order to answer your enquiries (Art. 6 para. 1 b, f DSGVO). The communication of address and telecommunication data marked as mandatory is necessary in order to process and answer your request. The voluntary communication of further data facilitates the processing of your enquiry and enables us to provide more detailed information. We generally store the information from your enquiry for three months after answering the enquiry in case of further enquiries, unless a longer period is required for documentation reasons (Art. 6 para. 1 c, Art. 5 para. 2 DSGVO).

Enquiries

We process your data from the request for voucher and benefit offers and the associated transactions with loopingo cooperation partners (Art. 6 para. 1 f DSGVO) for pseudonymous analyses in order to be able to present you with interesting offers (such as vouchers or other local and supra-regional benefit offers) at loopingo and our cooperation partners on the Internet in the future. For these analyses of your potential interests in relation to our voucher and benefit offers, only pseudonymised data is used (Art. 6 para. 1 f DSGVO). You can object to this processing at any time.

Pseudonymous customer analyses

Our advertising partners offer you our voucher offers on their website after your online purchase. In order to select a voucher offer that is currently of interest to you, our advertising partners transmit the hash value of your email address and your IP address to us in a pseudonymised and encrypted form (Art. 6 para. 1 f DSGVO). The pseudonymised hash value of the e-mail address is used by us to take into account a possible objection to advertising (Art. 21 para. 3, Art. 6 para. 1 c DSGVO). The IP address is used by us exclusively for data security purposes and is usually anonymised after seven days. In addition, the advertising partner transmits the order number, order value with currency, postcode, gender and time stamp to loopingo in encrypted form in order to prepare an offer that is also regionally interesting for you. (Art. 6 para. 1 f DSGVO) After processing the necessary data to create the voucher, you will then receive an email to the specified email address with the voucher code (Art. 6 para. 1 b DSGVO). If you select one of our advantage offers, we process your data required for this in order to order the advantage offer. Your data will then only be used by us in a pseudonymised form for analyses (Art. 6 para. 1 f DSGVO) (see b. above).

Our voucher offers

We store your data collected for advertising purposes until we receive a revocation of your consent or your objection to the processing of your data for advertising purposes.

Storage period

If we change the purposes of the processing over time, we will update this privacy notice before doing so.

Change of purpose

6 Right of objection and revocation at any time

You have the right to object to the processing of your data at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation, provided the legal requirements are met (Art. 21 (1) DSGVO).

If you object to the processing of your data for advertising purposes or wish to revoke a granted consent (Art. 21 para. 2 DSGVO), a short message to our data protection officer by e-mail to datenschutz[at]loopingo.com or by post to loopingo GmbH, Datenschutz, Nymphenburger Str. 12, 80335 Munich is sufficient at any time. Your data will then no longer be processed for the advertising purposes covered by the advertising objection or the revocation of consent.

The lawfulness of the processing carried out until the objection or revocation remains unaffected by this.

After your objection to the processing of your personal data for advertising purposes or the revocation of your consent, we are obliged under data protection law in accordance with Art. 21 (3) DSGVO to include the data required for this purpose (name, address, email address) in our internal advertising blacklist and to store (block) it permanently - only for this purpose - and to use it for matching with our future advertising files (Art. 6 (1) c, f DSGVO). In this way, compliance with your advertising objection or the revocation of your consent can be permanently ensured.

7. loopingo Opt-In / Opt-Out

loopingo uses the hash value of your e-mail address for the pseudonymised evaluation of your visits to our website and the websites of our cooperation partners. Without identifying you as a person, we only use pseudonyms for the evaluation in order to be able to present you with offers from us and our cooperation partners on the Internet that are tailored to your potential interests, such as vouchers from our advertising partners and other local and national offers from product providers.

With this, we would like to avoid that you are only offered blanket offers from loopingo that are no longer tailored to your potential interests, i.e. you are offered vouchers that you cannot redeem because advertising partners differentiate between new and existing customers, for example, or a voucher can only be redeemed regionally.

8. how can you exercise your data protection rights?

If you have any questions about the processing of your personal data by us, we will of course be happy to provide you with information (Art. 15 DSGVO) about the data concerning you.

In addition, you have the further rights to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing (Art. 21) if the legal requirements in the GDPR are met with regard to your data.

In all these cases, please contact our data protection officer (see 3. above) at the communication addresses given there.

Finally, you have the right to complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 DSGVO, § 19 BDSG).

9. what data is stored on loopingo.com

The hosting services used by us serve to provide the following services: Infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space and database services, security services and technical maintenance services, which we use for the purpose of operating the website. In doing so, we, or our hosting provider, process inventory data, contact data, content data, contract data, usage data, meta data and communication data of customers, interested parties and visitors to this website on the basis of our legitimate interests in the efficient and secure provision of our website pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 f) DSGVO in conjunction with Art. 28 DSGVO. We process personal data that we need to fulfil our contractual obligations, such as name, address, email address, ordered loopingo services, billing and payment data. The collection of this data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. The deletion of the data takes place after the expiry of warranty periods and legal retention periods. Data that is linked to a user account (see below) is retained in any case for the duration of the management of this account. The legal basis for the processing of this data is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 b) DSGVO, because this data is required so that we can fulfil our contractual obligations towards you.

Data for the fulfilment of our contractual obligations

You can create a user account on our website. If you wish to do so, we require the personal data requested during login. When you log in later, only your email or user name and the password you have chosen are required. For the new registration we collect master data (e.g. name, address), communication data (e.g. email address) and payment data (bank details) as well as access data (user name and password). In order to ensure your proper registration and to prevent unauthorised logins by third parties, you will receive an activation link by e-mail after your registration to activate your account. Only after successful registration do we permanently store the data you have transmitted in our system. Once you have created a user account, you can have it deleted by us at any time without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates. A notification in text form to the contact data mentioned under point 1 (e.g. e-mail, fax, letter) is sufficient for this purpose. We will then delete your stored personal data insofar as we do not still need to store it for the processing of orders or due to statutory retention obligations. The legal basis for the processing of this data is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 a) DSGVO.

If you contact us (e.g. via contact form or email), we will process your data to process the enquiry and in the event that follow-up questions arise. If the data processing is carried out for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, which are carried out in response to your enquiry, or, if you are already our customer, for the implementation of the contract, the legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 b) DSGVO. We only process other personal data if you consent to this (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 a) DSGVO) or we have a legitimate interest in processing your data (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 f) DSGVO). A legitimate interest is, for example, to respond to your email.

We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) coding system, but we would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible. To protect your data, we maintain technical and organisational security measures in accordance with Art. 32 DSGVO, which we continually adapt to the state of the art.

We also do not guarantee that our offer will be available at certain times; disruptions, interruptions or failures cannot be ruled out. The servers we use are carefully backed up on a regular basis.

14. transfer of data to third parties, no data transfer to non-EU countries

In principle, we only use your personal data within our company. If and insofar as we involve third parties within the framework of the fulfilment of contracts (such as logistics service providers), they will only receive personal data to the extent that the transfer is necessary for the corresponding service.

In the event that we outsource certain parts of data processing ("commissioned processing"), we contractually oblige commissioned processors to use personal data only in accordance with the requirements of data protection laws and to ensure the protection of the rights of the data subject.

A data transfer to bodies or persons outside the EU outside the case mentioned in this declaration in point 4 does not take place and is not planned.
